His expertise spans across a wide range of sectors including commercial, hospitality, residential, and education as well as mixed-use developments and large scale masterplans.
Amongst his many built projects, most notably is the multi-award winning Wuhan Greatwall Complex - a world class office development in China, which is currently pre-certified for LEED Platinum. In the Middle East, a number of Nick’s projects are under construction with anticipated construction completion between 2017 - 2018.  These are Bluewaters Residential Development  where Dubai-I, the world’s largest Ferris Wheel will be located; Le Meridien Hotel in Doha; Cirque du Soleil Theatre in the Middle East; and Huawei Headquarters in Dubai Internet City.
