Organisers and accredited news media will take photos during the International Conference S.ARCH-2017. By attending the conference you acknowledge these activities and grant RENECON International permission to use images for publications, official website and marketing materials. You waive all claims against RENECON International for any liability resulting from these uses. Only RENECON International and from Organisers accredited journalists are permitted to video and audio-tape sessions. Individuals recording sessions without prior permission from RENECON International or without proper media credentials will be asked to cease recording immediately.

Name badges are required for all S.ARCH-2017 International Conference Sessions including the Exhibition / Poster Session and for lunches and for Cocktail Dinner as well. Cell phones must be turned off in all Oral Sessions. No organized activities connected to S.ARCH-2017 Theme (even off-site) other than those approved by RENECON International are allowed during the days of the International Conference S.ARCH-2017.
