Organisers and accredited news media will take photos during the International Conference S.ARCH-2019. By attending the conference you acknowledge these activities and grant Get It Published / RENECON International permission to use images for publications, official website and marketing materials. You waive all claims against Get It Published / RENECON International for any liability resulting from these uses. Only Get It Published / RENECON International and from Organisers accredited journalists are permitted to video and audio-tape sessions. Individuals recording sessions without prior permission from Organisers or without proper media credentials will be asked to cease recording immediately.

Name badges are required for all S.ARCH-2019 International Conference Sessions including the Exhibition / Poster Session and for lunches and for Cocktail Dinner as well. Cell phones must be turned off in all Oral Sessions. No organized activities connected to S.ARCH-2019 Theme (even off-site) other than those approved by Get It Published / RENECON International are allowed during the days of the International Conference S.ARCH-2019.

In accordance with authors’ preferences (expressed on the Registration Form) and depending on relevance, importance and significance of studied theme, level of hearing interest, originality and practical utility the authors of Contributed Works will be given a chance to present their work as oral Microsoft PowerPoint presentations (up to 15 minutes per presentation + 5 minutes for Q&A) in one of the conference rooms.

Opportunity for the authors to exhibit their Contributed Works as Posters; In addition, a separate time-slot, not parallel to any other one, will provide an extra opportunity for author to present the Work in front of the Poster to the audience coming to see it and to have dialogues.

The Book of Abstracts will be available in electronic form for all registered participants mid of February 2019 and the Proceeding will be available in electronic form after the Conference.

S.ARCH Architecture Competitions are pursuing solutions with different main emphasis to face the threats from the ongoing global rise of the sea level. Opportunity will be given to the finalists to present their proposals.

A selection of Invited Speeches and the best Papers presented in person either as oral presentation or poster - after reviewing process has been finished - will be published free of costs in the International Journal of Contemporary Architecture The New ARCH (ISSN: 2198-7688 / DOI: 10.14621/tna.)

It is the delegate's responsibility to check the Entry Visa requirements in time. Those who require an Entry Visa must allow sufficient time for the application procedure.

Obtained Invitation Letter does not guarantee an Entry Visa.

Except force majeure circumstances, the Registration Fee minus a handling fee of 70 EUR will be refunded after the Conference only if the Visa was applied for in time and proof is shown that an Entry Visa could not be granted even though all requested documents were submitted.

A refund for any additional items ordered (e.g. special Get Together Dinner ticket, etc.) can not be made. Refund requests must be made in writing and sent to the Organiser.

Individuals requiring an official Invitation Letter from the Organisers can request this by checking the appropriate box in the Registration Form.

To receive Invitation Letter, delegate must first register for the conference, pay in full and submit required supporting documents (if applicable) before an Invitation Letter will be issued.

The Invitation Letter will be issued by the Conference Organisers or Partner and does not financially obligate the Organisers or Partner in any way. All expenses incurred in relation to the Conference are the sole responsibility of the delegate.

Entry Visa

If the completed Registration Form, the payment in full and the required supporting documents (if applicable) are received before or latest due Friday 15th February 2019, a conference map and other materials (i.e. badge, Book of Abstract, optional tickets for special Get Together Dinner and for the Conference Excursion) are guaranteed.

Conference maps with materials will only be On-Site distributed at the registration desk.

If the completed Registration Form and / or the full payment and/or the required supporting documents (if applicable) are received after Friday, 15th February 2019 (including On-Site registrations), the Organisers do not guarantee that a conference map and other materials will be available.
