The Book of Abstracts in printed form will be distributed On-Site at the Registration Desk and the Proceedings will be made available in the electronic form for all registered participants after the Conference.
A selection of Keynote Speeches, Invited Lectures, Oral Presentations and the best Contributed Works from the Exhibition / Poster Session after review will be published free of costs in the International Journal of Contemporary Architecture The New ARCH (ISSN: 2198-7688 / DOI: 10.14621/tna.).
The programme provides enough time and opportunities for Lecturers and participants/authors of Contributed Works on the Exhibition / Poster Session to discuss and to share information and ideas

Keynote
In accordance with authors’ preferences (expressed on the Registration Form) and depending on relevance, importance and significance of studied theme, level of hearing interest, originality and practical utility the authors of the most appropriate Contributed Works will be given a chance to present their work as oral Microsoft PowerPoint presentations (up to 15 minutes per presentation + 5 minutes for Q&A) in one of the conference rooms

Organisers and accredited news media will take photos during the International Conference S.ARCH-2016. By attending the conference you acknowledge these activities and grant RENECON International permission to use images for publications, official website and marketing materials. You waive all claims against RENECON International for any liability resulting from these uses. Only RENECON International and from Organisers accredited journalists are permitted to video and audio-tape sessions. Individuals recording sessions without prior permission from RENECON International or without proper media credentials will be asked to cease recording immediately.
Name badges are required for all S.ARCH-2016 International Conference Sessions including the Exhibition / Poster Session and for lunches and for Pool Party Cocktail Dinner as well. Cell phones must be turned off in all Oral Sessions. No organized activities connected to S.ARCH-2016 Theme (even off-site) other than those approved by RENECON International are allowed during the days of the International Conference S.ARCH-2016.
